الصراحه الفندق فخمم وراقي جدا لكن موحش ان شاء الله انكم فهمتوا ! مايصلح للعوائل نهائيا الفطور مو ستايلنا احنا الخليجين ستايل اوربي بحتت يعني سلمون و طقته !! الموقع فاشل يخوف اصلن! الي كاتبين الموقع ممتاز !!!!مستحيل امشيء بذاك الشارع لحالي حتى لو انه على البسفور ! نجي عند الشيء الي صار! اول ماوصلنا جاين تعبانيين و يلا نرفع روسنا من التعب طلبوا الجوازات طبعا و بعدها طلبوا الفيزا لكن الفيزا للاسف كانت داخله شنطه السفر ومقفله بقفل! طلبت منهم يدخلونا الغرفه عشان افتح الشنطه على راحتي واعطيهم بطاقتي الفيزا رفضوا ونادوا المدير ويالله وافق وارسلوا معي مرافق لين الغرفه يفشلوووووون مره لو كلاس صراحه ويوم عطيته البطاقة قلت يعني وين بهج بالغرفه مثلااا ليتني طلعت من الفندق الفاشل وقتها من جد يفشلون !! الشيء الي صار بعد حاطيني انا والوالده ابعد غرفه يعني تشوفون وحده جده كبيره بالعمر ماطلبت فيو ؟! طلبت غرفه قريبه من الاصانصير بس!!! واصلن من غير طلب تشوفون وحده كبيره بالعمر المفترض تقترحون على النزلاء بالعكس هذا تقدير لكن مالت ما انصح احد يسكن فيه نهائيا!!!
من أفضل الفنادق موقعا ورحابه… شكرا شكرا للموظفين الذين جعلوا من تجربتي أمرا لا ينسى كانوا حقا سفراء بلدهم في بلدهم الخدمة الممتازة والرحابة جعلتني اختار هذا الفندق لإقاماتي القادمة لإسطنبول لم اكن أتوقع بان بوفيه الإفطار والقائمين عليه امراً قد يعيشني الشعور بأنني وكأني في منزلي شكرا لإدارة الفندق لاختيار طاقمهم الرائع: Haci mehmet (our great chef), Alican Kucukeroglu (Resturant manager) Arslan mehmet + Burak + Ceren + Hilal + Yusuf (one of their kinds) Erhan (our great barista)
من اجمل الفنادق في اسطنبول موقع وخدمة وعندهم فطور جميل مع اطلاله رائعة والعاملين بالفطور جدا رائعين وخاصة الشيف حاج محمد رائع باستقبال زوار المطعم تجربه اكررها مره ثانيه باذن الله
فندق رائع جداً،، يوجد بار بالسطح مميز ومبهر اطلالته على البسفور،، ايضا يوجد به مطعم يحمل نجمة ميشلان،، وهو لشيخ قطري،، اتمنى لهم كل التوفيق اخوانا واعزائنا القطريين رائعين ورايقين
