Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read these terms carefully before completing your booking. We aim to ensure your rights and the property's rights with complete transparency.

1. General Definitions

• 'We' or 'VICATOO.COM': Refers to the VICATOO.COM platform. • 'Guest' or 'You': The person making the booking. • 'Property': The hotel or serviced apartment booked. • 'Confirmed Booking': A booking that has been paid for (partially or fully) and for which you have received a confirmation message.

2. Official Booking Channel

All bookings are processed exclusively through our official channels (Website or Authenticated Direct Chat). Any verbal agreement not documented in writing is not valid.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered finally confirmed only upon your receipt of a 'Booking Confirmation' message containing the booking number and payment details. Pending or hold requests are not binding until confirmed.

4. Payment Policy

Platform Role

We act as an intermediary to collect payments on behalf of the property to ensure the security of your transaction.

Deposit (Down Payment)

Some bookings require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the booking, unless the offer states otherwise.

Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is paid according to the booking terms (either upon arrival or by a specific date). Late payment may result in booking cancellation.

5. Payment Receipt

The electronic receipt you receive is proof of your financial right. Keep it to present upon arrival.

6. Special Requests

Special requests (e.g., connecting rooms, high floor) are passed to the hotel. They are subject to availability and not 100% guaranteed, but we strive to fulfill them.

7. Rate Types & Cancellation Policies

The cancellation policy varies based on the rate type you selected:

• Non-Refundable Rate: The amount cannot be refunded upon cancellation or modification. • Flexible Rate: Free cancellation possible [number] days before arrival. • Special Offers: Subject to the offer terms mentioned at the time of booking.

8. Modification & Cancellation by Guest

Any modification or cancellation request must be made via our official communication channels. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur price differences.

9. No-Show Policy

In case of failure to arrive at the scheduled check-in time without prior notice, the property reserves the right to cancel the entire booking and charge 'No-Show' fees which may amount to the full booking value.

10. Early Departure

If you decide to leave before your booking term ends, the hotel has the right to charge the full value of the remaining booked nights according to its policy.

11. Refunds

In cases eligible for refund, the process takes 14-21 business days to the same payment method used. We are not responsible for delays by the card-issuing bank.

12. Taxes & Fees

Prices include local taxes and service fees unless stated otherwise. Some cities may impose a 'City Tax' payable directly at the hotel.

13. Clerical Errors

In the event of an obvious pricing error (gross typographical error), we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the booking and refund the full amount.

14. Travel Documents

The guest is responsible for possessing a valid passport and entry visa. We are not responsible for entry denial due to legal reasons.

15. Complaints

If you encounter any issue during your stay, please inform the hotel management immediately and contact us so we can intervene and resolve it promptly.

16. Limitation of Liability

We are a booking platform and our liability is limited to confirming the booking. We are not responsible for the hotel's operational services or any incidents occurring within the hotel.

17. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (disasters, epidemics, government orders), we adhere to official directives and the applicable flexible refund policies at that time.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the domicile state, and disputes are adjudicated by the competent courts therein.
