بكتب بلغتين عشان الكل يستفيد الفندق موقعه حلو عشان جنبه مول وسوبر ماركت وعلى شارع تجاري ولكن ريحة ونظافة الغرف فضيعه مو حلوه ف اضطرينا نشتري منظفات عشان نتخلص منها ولسا فيها ريحة وحتى بعد تنظيفهم الريحة مستمره و المكيفات حاره ما تشتغل كويس الخدمة مستواها متوسط مرات كثير يتاخروا علينا ولكن الموظفين نفسياتهم حلوه وبالنسبة للغرف احنا اخذنا سويت غرفتين نوم والغرفة الي فيها سريرين مررررره صغيره لدرجة ما ينحط فيها شنطة صغيره مافي مسافه غير للدخول وللاسف النظافة سيئه يحتاجوا شركة تنظيف تنظف الاغبره ونظافة ادق التفاصيل I’ll write in two languages so everyone can benefit. The hotel’s location is good since it’s next to a mall, a supermarket, and on a commercial street. However, the smell in the rooms is terrible and unpleasant. We had to buy cleaning products to try to get rid of it, but the smell is still there. Even after housekeeping cleaned, the odor continued. The air conditioners don’t cool properly and feel hot. The service is average—many times they were slow, though the staff had a nice attitude. As for the rooms, we booked a suite with two bedrooms. The room with the twin beds is extremely small—so small that you can’t even place a small suitcase inside. There’s barely space just to walk in.
الفندق جميل وإطلالة رائعة الخدمة ممتازة وتعامل الاخت فاطمة نور الافضل من حيث التنظيف والترتيب من قلب وبشاشة وابتسامة لاتفارقها اكرر العودة ان شاءالله 👍🏻

المميزات: الفندق يحوي صالة ومطبخ متكامل مع غسالة ملابس الاطلالة جميلة المنطقة هادئة تعامل الموظفين ممتاز توفر مواقف سيارات كثيرة داخل المبنى العيوب: هذا الفندق من الفنادق القليلة التابعة لسلسلة فنادق فريزر ولا يوجد بها دورة مياه إضافية في الغرف المزدوجة
